Old Woman Takes Selfie After Her Car Flips Onto Its Side

An elderly woman who became trapped in her car after it flipped onto its side was snapped taking a selfie to capture the moment, and posed for photos.

Benjamin Neufeld, 87, was able to climb out of his car after the crash but his wife Elizabeth, 85, was stuck in the driver’s seat.

But as neighbours rushed to help, it appeared as though Mrs Neufeld was taking selfies while stuck inside.

The couple, who have been married for more than 60 years, then happily posed for photos for they waited for the rescue.

Photographer Cara Steinberg said she was taking snaps of the duo and sending them to Mrs Neufeld while she was still trapped inside the car.
